Hi there, got all my forms to fill out and a day ( yes a whole one) with my CAB friend to help me fill them out.

Just to remind you the plan is:

1. Send off "If you think we made a mistake" form to the DWP along with medical evidence of new conditions, ie dates of onset , medication etc, along with all specialists reports, all of which state I will NEVER work again.

I will be requesting that this be reviewed by a supersession for consideration for a move to the support group.

2. Well I have got the dreaded ATOS form (esa 50)so I will be filling it in along with sending all the relevant medical documentation.( by recorded delivery)
I will also be requesting that the session be recorded and have my CAB adviser there to take notes

3.I have also got ESA 10/11 from the DWP so I will also be filling that in and sending it off.

Any suggestions, comments, advice would be gratefully accepted, just to remind you I am now in the "all you get sunshine is NI credits WRAG group"

A lot of forms and I actually wonder if numbers two and three are made irrelevant by the first one, but who knows ?

Oli
